Our commitment
UrbanCove works to make its public website understandable, operable by keyboard, readable at common zoom levels, and compatible with assistive technology. The site is developed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices as a target. This statement is a commitment to ongoing work, not a claim of certification or perfect conformance.
Practices used on this site
- Semantic landmarks, headings, navigation, lists, forms, and buttons.
- A skip link and visible keyboard focus indicators.
- Keyboard-operable mobile navigation with Escape-to-close and focus restoration.
- Visible form labels, linked error messages, error summaries, and status announcements.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative elements.
- Reduced-motion handling and layouts intended to avoid horizontal scrolling at small widths.
- Touch targets sized for practical mobile use and safe-area-aware fixed controls.
Third-party systems
Property search may be supplied by an IDX provider, and rental, application, resident, and owner functions may be supplied by Buildium. Cloudflare may provide form verification. These external systems can have accessibility behavior outside UrbanCove's direct control. UrbanCove will provide a phone or email alternative when a third-party path creates a barrier.
Request assistance or report a problem
Describe the page, action, assistive technology or browser being used, and the difficulty encountered. Do not include sensitive account, application, or identity information in an ordinary email.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is reviewed as content, integrations, and browser behavior change. Reported barriers should be evaluated and addressed in proportion to their impact and the available technical control.
